How to save money at Disney

A Disney trip can be very expensive and once you add all the other factors in as well such as souvenirs, costumes, food it can become unaffordable. In this blog we are going to be looking at the best ways to save money on a Disney trip.

1. It is a good idea to buy certain items before you reach the parks such as autograph books, pens, children's costumes, Minnie ears. These items cost considerably less when bought outside of the parks. For example a princess dress can be bought for a fraction of the cost from a supermarket.

2. Bringing your own snacks can really keep costs down. The food costs can soon add up, so bringing snacks to eat will help towards this. You are not able to bring whole picnics or meals into the park but even small snacks will reduce the amount you spend on your trip.

3. Meal plans can be a good idea especially if they are free with your holiday booking. If you have a meal plan you already know how much is being spend on food, so that is one less worry while on your holiday. If you don't have a meal plan it is best to preplan where you are going to eat each day, that way you can work out the overall cost on food.
