One of the best places to pick up Disney merchandise at Walt Disney World is Disney Springs. In this blog we are going to look at Disney Springs in detail.
There are more than 150 shops/restaurants/activities, which are spread over a massive 120 acres. This includes over 60 places to eat at.

There are four areas/neighbourhoods in Disney Springs, these are Marketplace, West Side, Town Center and The Landing.
Disney Springs is based on Florida's historic architecture, the waterfront towns as well as the beauty of the area. The hardscape of The Landing was made using 57,000 recycled bricks. There is a springs that runs through the Town Center, it consists of 1.2 million gallons.

There are so many amazing options for shopping whilst at Disney Springs. There is World of Disney. This shop has the largest collection of Disney merchandise. You are bound to find what you are looking for in there! Some of the newest shops at Disney Springs are located in the Town Center, these include Vineyard Vines which sells clothes with a nautical theme. There is also Pura Vida a bracelet company. The Disney Ever After store is a great location to create your own headband with Disney characters. There are a few designer shops at Disney Springs including Kate Spade New York, Coach and JOHNNY WAS.
At Disney Springs guests are spoilt for choice of places to eat at. There are a number of Award-winning chefs at a range of restaurants. There is Maneet Chauhan at eet by Maneet Chauhan, Wolfgang Puck at Wolfgang Bar & Grill and Art Smith at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin'. There is an exclusive drink at Disney Springs which is the orange pilsner Sunshine Stroll. Guests can get hold of this locally crafted drink at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, D-Luxe Burger and also at a few outdoor vending carts.
There are a few not to miss experiences at Disney Springs. Firstly there is the balloon flight. This balloon is secured to the ground and goes up a certain distance from the ground. This balloon is called The Aerophile.

Amorette's Patisserie is a cake shop which also offers guests the opportunity to take park in a cake decorating class for ninety minutes. In this class guests will get the chance to decorate their own character dome cake.
