What to put in your Disney parks bag
When you visit a Disney park, it is really important to have the essential items with you.
Firstly I would recommend taking a refillable water bottle with you. At the parks you can often find free refill stations. This will keep you hydrated and save you money, as buying bottled water in the parks can be expensive.

A mini first aid kit can be a key item to have in your park bag. You never know when you may need medical attention. By having this mini kit you will be able to temporarily sort yourself or someone else out, until you can get to a medical centre. Plasters and blister plasters can be a really good idea to have in the first aid kit. You never know when you may need a plaster, you could hurt yourself or with all that walking your shoes could be rubbing.
It can be a good idea to pack pain relief. You never know when you might need pain relief. You could have a headache or need them for another reason.
With being at the parks all day, it can be handy to have some snacks in your bag. You could find yourself waiting in a queue for a ride for quite a while, and you are likely to get hungry. Also snacks at Disney parks can be expensive, so by having snacks in your bag you can try and keep costs down.
I think almost everyone will bring their phone to the parks. This is an essential item to put in your bag. You can use your phone for many reasons. In an emergency you can make a call. You can take photos to remember your magical trip. You can use the My Disney Experience App to enter the parks, see the park maps, book tables for restaurants and buy Lightning Lanes as well as so much more!
I would recommend taking a power bank to the parks. You are likely to use a lot of charge on your phone during your day at the park. With having a power bank you will be able to recharge your phone. You can also use the powerbank to recharge your fan.
An important item to put in your park bag is a bottle of suncream. If you are at the parks during the summer months or at a park in a hot country, it is really important to keep reapplying suncream. You will also need a sunhat and sunglasses to protect you from the sun.
Having a poncho and/or umbrella can be great items to have in your bag. You never know when you are going to get caught in a rainshower. You want to have at least one of these items, otherwise you could be walking round the park for the rest of the day rather wet!
Hand sanitiser is an item I always carry with me. It is important to have hand sanitiser in your bag, which you can use regularly. There are many people that enter the parks and it is a good idea to regularly use this item, especially before eating.
If you need to take medication whilst at the parks, it is vital you remember to have them in your bag. You may not be staying at a place that is close to the park you are at.
If you are into character meet and greets, I would recommend taking an autograph book and pen. When you meet the characters you will be prepared and be able to get their autograph, giving you a memory you can look back on.
