Disney Dream

The Disney Dream is the third cruise ship to set sail. It was built in the Meyer Werft, Papenburg, Germany. It first set sail on the 26th January 2011. It was last refurbished towards the end of 2024.

On board this ship you can find many restaurants. The restaurants on board are Enchanted Garden, Royal Palace and Animator's Palate. Other places to grab something to eat include Cabanas, Eye Scream ice cream, Frozone Treats smoothies and Flo's Cafe.

The ship also offers guests the opportunity to experience Broadway-Style shows. The shows on this ship are Beauty and the Beast - Live Stage Show, Disney's Believe and The Golden Mickey's awards show.

There are many other experiences not to miss on the Disney Dream. There is Goofy's Sports Deck, Donald's Pool, Mickey’s Pool and Nemo’s Reef water play area. On this ship there is also the AquaDuck water coaster.

On board the ship there is the Buena Vista Threatre as well as lots of sports and recreation to take part in. Guests can expect to meet lots of characters whilst onboard the ship. Guests can meet characters up close, at restaurants and during the deck parties. You may even encounter characters walking along the decks or you could schedule a meet and greet at a certain time and location.

On the ship there are areas just for the adults. Adults also have access to Senses Spa and Salon. The Quiet Cove Pool is on this ship and a great place to relax. There is also the District where guests can find Pub 687, the District Lounge, Skyline bar, Evolution night club and Pink: Wine and Champagne Bar. There are several bars in the adult only areas, these are Meridian bar, Waves bar, Cove bar, Senses Juice Bar and Currents bar. Adult guests can also enjoy spending time at the Cove Café and the Satellite Sun Deck.

There is also a fitness center where you can use a variety of machines, have a personal trainer or get involved in one of the classes such as yoga, pilates or aerobics.

There is also different clubs/areas for the children. There is "it's a small world" nursery for children age six months to three years. There is Oceaneer's club and Oceaneer's lab for children aged three to ten. There is Edge for children aged eleven to fourteen. Finally there is Vibe for children aged fourteen to seventeen.

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is an amazing experience where children can be transformed into a variety of characters such as a princess, a knight, a captain or a pirate.

When it comes to choosing stateroom and suites there are a few options for guests. The cheapest option tends to be an inside room which doesn't have a window. There is then an oceanview which has a porthole. Next there is a verandah room which has a balcony. The most expensive option is concierge which are more luxurious.

A popular itinerariy for the Disney Dream include the Bahamian sailing from Port Canaveral in Florida.
