How to get through the heat at Disney World

At Disney World the weather can get extremely hot. It is important to take care of yourself and the people you are with.

Firstly staying hydrated is the most important factor. It is a good idea to take a refillable water bottle to the parks, there are lots of locations around the parks where you can refill your bottle for free.

Next it can be a great idea to bring a portable fan to the parks. This can help you whilst you are walking around the parks in the heat. Make sure to take a power bank too, as once it runs out of charge you can recharge it.

Suncream is an essential item to take to Disney World. Being out at the parks all day can lead to sunburn. Regularly applying suncream throughout the day can really help. Along with suncream, a sunhat is important. It will protect your head.

A UV umbrella is a great item to carry around the parks. You can protect yourself from the sun and keep yourself a little cooler. The UV umbrella can also double as an umbrella from the rain.

Taking regular breaks out of the sun can be really helpful. It is best to go into a building with AC for at least ten minutes. This will help minimise the chances of getting sunburnt.

Light and loose fitting clothing can really help with staying cool in the Florida heat.
